Latest Updates to Certification Standards and Related Inspection and Verification Requirements

Whatever your involvement in the automotive industry – whether you are a vehicle manufacturer, trader or government institution overseeing the well-being of road users – ensuring safety, efficiency, quality and compliance is paramount.

For manufacturers, the ISO/TS 16949 standard is one of the automotive industry’s most widely used International Standards for quality management and is set to evolve with the publication of a new standard by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) in December 2016. This seminar will present the latest updates to the ISO/TS 16949 standard, key changes and its integration with the new ISO 9001:2015.

In addition, the seminar will also cover how the dealer network or workshops may follow through with a range of performance assessments and mystery audits as tools to increase the performance of their supply chain and how this can help ensure compliance with local and international standards, legislation and regulations.

Duration:   ½ day

At the end of the seminar, participants will:

  • Gain an understanding of the updates to the ISO/TS 16949 standard
  • Learn about key changes to the ISO/TS16949
  • Learn more on the integration with the new ISO 9001:2015 standard
